Joseph Kran has approximately 30 years of high profile experience in Organizational Analysis, Leadership Assessment and Development, and Executive Recruitment in a wide variety of industries, both domestic and international. He has an excellent background in executive coaching, on-boarding, team-building, communications and strategic planning.

Because of his significant experience working with International corporations and cultures, Mr. Kran has developed expertise in molding diverse groups and individuals into cohesive team-players. He works effectively with executives in helping them handle their particular challenges.

Mr. Kran is the Managing Partner of OI Partners - Gateway International, a premier, privately owned provider of Leadership Assessment and Development programs and Career Transition services. His mission is to provide the best customized and effective programs for his clients at very affordable prices. 

With 10 offices in the greater NY metropolitan area and extremely state-of-the-art set virtual office technology, Mr. Kran has earned a stellar reputation for achieving excellent results. He produces success with real, measurable results by effective listening, asking the right questions and generating creative options.

Prior to founding OI Partners - Gateway International Group, Mr. Kran held Senior HR positions with Lockeed, Hoffman-LaRoche and Concurrent Computer Corporation. His responsibilities included operations in the US, Europe and the Far East.

Mr. Kran is a "Certified Fellow Manager" from the Institute of Career Certification International, its highest certification level. Mr. Kran also currently serves as a board member for OI Partners.

Mr. Kran earned his MBA from Monmouth University, MA from Temple University and BA from California State University at Sonoma. He is also the author of “How to Find the Job You Want at the Salary You Deserve”. 

He lives with his wife, Susan, and their three children in New Jersey.
